City of Arvada Community Loan Fund
CEF and Arvada began our partnership in 2011 to provide loans to small businesses within the city limits of Arvada.
Who Can Apply?
- New or existing business whose primary office is located in the City of Arvada
- Small businesses not eligible for financing through a traditional bank
- Generally, businesses with revenues less than $2M/year
- Generally, small businesses with less than 20 full-time employees
Loan Amount & Terms:
- Microloans: Up to $50k (If you need a larger loan amount, CEF has other loan products to supplement this lending source.)
- Terms vary based on use and amount, but can be up to 60 months
- Fixed Rate
Loan Uses:
- Working capital
- Equipment
- Inventory
- Lease payments or commercial loan obligations
- Refinance or debt consolidation
- Tenant finish or property improvements
- Purchase of a business
