City of Centennial Community Loan Fund

CEF and the City of Centennial began our partnership in 2020 to provide loans and invest in small businesses within the city limits of Centennial.

 

Who Can Apply?

  • New or existing business whose primary office is located in the City of Centennial
  • Must have a business license with th City of Centennial
  • Small businesses not eligible for financing through a traditional bank
  • Generally, businesses with revenues less than $2M/year
  • Generally, small businesses with less than 20 full-time employees

Loan Amount & Terms: 

  • Microloans: Up to $50k (If you need a larger loan amount, CEF has other loan products to supplement this lending source.)
  • Terms vary based on use and amount, but can be up to 60 months
  • Fixed Rate

Loan Uses:

  • Working capital
  • Equipment
  • Inventory
  • Lease payments or commercial loan obligations
  • Refinance or debt consolidation
  • Tenant finish or property improvements
