Larimer County COVID Rebuilding Fund
CEF is proud to partner with Larimer County to offer COVID Rebuilding Loans. These loans are available to small businesses within Larimer County and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis. This fund was created to provide an affordable, flexible loan option for those not able to obtain traditional loan financing.
Who Can Apply?
- New or existing business whose primary office is located in Larimer County
- At least 50% of ownership held by natural person with a primary residence within Larimer County
- Small business with 20 or less full-time employees
Loan Amount & Terms:
- Up to $50k (If you need a larger loan amount, CEF has other loan products to supplement this lending source.)
- Terms vary based on use and amount, but can be up to 60 months
- 8.99% rate
Loan Uses:
- Working capital
- Equipment
- Inventory
- Lease payments or commercial loan obligations
- Re-start expenses
