LOAN APPLICATION

To view and download the loan application worksheet you will need Adobe Acrobate Reader. Use this worksheet to help you prepare your information for the online application. Online loan application is the preferred method.

• When you have your information ready, click the online application button below. You will be asked to input data on yourself and your business.
• At the end of the application, you will be prompted to give your credit or debit card information to pay the loan application fee of $25 (per borrower). Please have this information ready before you start your online application.

LOAN PROCESS

Our loan process takes approximately 20 business days. The overall length of time is dependent on how quickly the applicant turns in complete requested information. If you start an application online and do not complete it within 30 days, it will be deleted from the system and you will need to create a new application.

Please read over the steps in the loan process before applying online. You may use the application worksheet provided to help you organize your information prior to applying online.

Step 1: APPLICATION

• Application submitted for review. (Prior to closing we will need a copy of a valid ID.)
• Preliminary response for loan approval or denial within 5 Business Days.

Step 2: DOCUMENTATION AND UNDERWRITING

• Support documents requested by our underwriting department could include: tax returns, bank statements, paycheck stubs, references, utility bill.
• A Colorado Enterprise Fund representative will conduct a collateral inspection.
• Average time to complete is dependent upon the applicant's timely submission of complete information.

Step 3: FINAL DECISION

• Loan is approved or denied.

Step 4: LOAN CLOSING

• Closing documents signed by all parties, check given to borrower.
• CEF requires automatic bank account payments. You will need a voided check to set that up.
